When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you configure targeting preferences, we collect your service category and geographic preferences to match suitable business leads.
If you choose "Accept All" in our cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads. It tells Meta which pages you visit, when you sign up, start checkout or buy, and the order value. To match these events to your Meta account, we also send an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email, name, country and account ID, plus your IP address and browser details. We never send payment details or your password. Choosing "Essential Only" keeps the Meta Pixel off.
The business records provided in Prospectzy reports contain publicly available B2B information collected from public web sources (such as company websites, registries, and public directories). Business owners may request removal of their business contact data by contacting help@prospectzy.space.
Users may request complete account deletion at any time from their Account Settings. Upon execution, your profile, authentication records, and PDF files are permanently removed, while anonymized payment transaction records are retained for statutory accounting and tax compliance.
We adhere to applicable data privacy standards and do not sell, rent, or distribute personal user accounts or customer payment data to third-party advertisers.
